Advertising must repeated consistently and frequently to be effective. One-off or ad-hoc campaigns are very unlikely to achieve a result. Our product can only achieve results when used consistently and frequently therefore a minimum six (6) month contract applies. After this time you can cancel your credit card subscription anytime by simply letting us know at least 5 working days prior to your billing date. Note this means relinquishing exclusive rights to your area(s).What's an exclusive area?
You can post or email your newsletter to anyone, anywhere however, to protect your competitive advantage, hand delivery of the Downright Brilliant Newsletter is limited to one real estate salesperson per Statistics New Zealand area unit. You can only hand deliver your newsletter as unaddressed mail to letterboxes that lie within the boundaries of an area unit to which you have exclusive rights. Standard pricing includes exclusive rights to one or more area units with a total population of up to 4000 households. The number of letterboxes you actually hand deliver to is up to you – hundreds, thousands, none or all. Rights to additional area units are available. Ask for a quote. Total distribution of your newsletter by email, post and/or hand delivery must not exceed 6,000 newsletters.CHECK YOUR STREETS ARE AVAILABLE
.Can I add my own content e.g. special promotion?
In order to provide an affordable service, we have designed behind the scenes systems to ensure an efficient production process. Any newsletter additions or alterations, beyond the standard service, are charged at $40/hour with a minimum $20 charge. If you can provide artwork to insert into the existing template, without requiring any changes from us, there will be no charge. We will confirm charges with you first.How many revisions can I make?
The quoted price includes one newsletter revision for minor changes (e.g. adding a “sold” sticker). All changes must be advised in one email. Additional revisions are $20 each.Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes. If your credit card payment is successful, you will immediately receive an invoice and receipt of payment.How does it work each month?
On 1st working day of every month you will receive an email with a sample of that month's newsletter and a link to the image upload form. You will receive a proof of your newsletter by email 2-3 working days after we have received your images.How secure are my credit card details?
We use the eWAY Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of New Zealand merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
